The kitchen is divided into the Restaurant Kitchen and the guest kitchen.
The Restaurant kitchen is an open air concept. Everybody can directly see how the chefs cook in order to ensure standard of hygiene and correct ingredients expected from the customer are being used.
Since 2009, the Karang Aji Villa is proud to announce its restaurant facility. Mr Wawan is the main chef. His 5 years experience in the Ocean Queen beach resort and several years in other places make the Karang Aji’s western, Indonesian & Chinese home-cooked food the best in the area. The best part of the restaurant is that not only is the quality of the food fresh (especially its Seafood), but the prices are most reasonable. In Indonesian you could say, “harga kost tapi rasa bos” (Backpacker price but tastes good enough for the boss). Topping off the good news, you can enjoy your warm home cook meals in the restaurant’s platform deck to enjoy the view.
